Dark and somewhat clear red purple in the glass. Shy nose of dark plum with subtle oak notes. On the palate, dark plum, black cherry, subtle vanilla oak, medium acidity, and medium plus tannins. Finish is medium long yielding dusty red-purple fruit and birch. An incredible QPR on this Bordeaux Superieur. Enjoy with steak, prime rib, hard cheeses, or cassoulet. Drink now through 2021.

1 person found it helpfulNov 18th, 2019A nice Bordeaux - thinner body but deep full flavor. Fruit and leather with strong tannins. Would be great with a fatty meat or cheese board.

Feb 2nd, 2020Kind of love, kind of don’t love this one. The nose is kind of strange but with the right food this is awesome.

Nov 30th, 2019Simple and not overbearing. Light red. Total wine for less than $20. Good rating so wanted to try. Recommend. Does need a little bit of time to open up. Initial entry is a bit strong but lightens up after some air.

Nov 8th, 2019Medium ruby color. Aromas of pepper, cherry and cedar. Flavors of black fruit- plum and blackberry with cherry. Nice dry finish. Not bad for $15 buck.

Aug 22nd, 2019I got this wine from a good friend. I’m not usually a Bordeaux fan but I thought this was delicious! I had spaghetti tonight so I thought I would see how this wine paired. It was very good!
