Reminiscent of white Burgundy in its precision and breadth. Leads you into thinking it will be over the top with the lush heady and tropical notes. Subtle oak that I love on Chenin that bring out almost a lemon curd/toasty note. Palate is bursting with acid, much more citrus, quince, pear, and crushed rock on the palate with a lingering finish. This is very complex, wound, and offers a little something different with every sip. Arguably one of the best CB I've had.

Wow... this was outstanding. A floral bouquet + honeycomb + chalk left out in the rain... And I haven’t even got to the tingly, acidic grace note yet. A wonderful complement to grilled halibut with lemon and asparagus.

Everything you want in a chenin. Cut grass, big acid and mineral body, but also with a slight reductive note for depth. Drank it with a pear/ham/shallot tarte salee and lentil salad, felt French AF.
