This is really atypical Chablis in as much as it lacks minerality. The style is clean and pure, with a strong citrus fruit profile - white grapefruit, some lemon. I read Mr Galloni’s note afterwards which is much more enthusiastic which made and made me question my own impressions asI didn’t find the depth he did. Interesting but I’d not be a buyer.
