Youthful and meaty and still vibrant despite the 30 year age! Delish. Acidity that still thrives and competes with wines of youth.

Needed a little time in the glass to open up.
Dark fruit and a little tannic. Nice long finish.

Just so good. Medium bonded. Notes of dried red fruit and slight caramel. Perfect with food.

Drowning our sorrow at Giants loss to Cubs this afternoon. Pop and pour. A fascinating medium reddish brown color. On the nose: wet earth, blue fruit, mushrooms jump from the glass. Taste: strawberry, tea, smoke, leather, minerals...still some unresolved tannins. Nice medium finish! UPDATE....really started to open up after an hour, I would give this a nice decant...
