Red Bordeaux served during the wedding diner we attended to yesterday evening. It came along a veal meat with young carrots and carrots purée. The wine is still very marked by oak (a bit too much for my taste) hence the pairing wasn't good in my opinion. It went better with the aged cheese plate that came after. No formal notes, only that oak somehow disturbed me
