Nice flavoursome Madiran from Chateaux d'Aydie - sits nicely in the back of your mouth. Not to heavy and works very well with a nice medium rare rump and a green and tomato & feta cheese sallad... the region of Madiran in sth west France still a winner in my book wth a lot of gems in/and around this area....
