Yes- those are homemade chicken enchiladas... This mag was a return and in perfect shape- there truly is no accounting for taste! The spontaneous combination was surprisingly good and the cool dark currant fruit and firm tannic structure in the wine were a match for the richness of the enchilada!

1995: not a great vintage on the LB, and expected to be average (classic!) but much better. Good black fruit, plenty of forest floor, mushroom, Earth, leather. Some pretty plummy notes too. Medium bodied, good balanced acid and softened tannin. Meaty, smoky, good gravely notes, tobacco, and average e depth. Decent
