We decanted it for 90 minutes because it was a bit gritty upon opening, but that was too long. I'd say just opening the cork and letting it sit for a few minutes would suffice. The wine itself has a beautiful garnet color, some nice blackberry and cherry aroma, and a healthy dose of tannic grip. Great with a filet mignon! Cheers.

Deep, dark and dense black fruit hit the nose with a tantalizing hint of lavender. Silky and spicy combo make for an orgasmic combo that finishes elegant and balanced. Great wine at a great price.
