Needed considerable time decanting, then opened up nicely. Excellent with grilled beef.

Open and delicious after a 1.5 hour decant. Fruit forward and hot for Bordeaux. Baking spices, cocoa, something vegetal. Nice acid. Great companion to excellent Persian kababs.

Dark berries and jammy. Peppery but not overly so.

Comfort wine especially in the middle of a tough week. Exactly what you'd want from an inexpensive Bordeaux from a good vintage.
