Good, but not overly complex. I liked it. Light on the nose; licorice and currants detected. Strong alcohol at first taste that dissipated within the first hour. Nice mineral, light on fruit notes. Nice tannins, not too strong. Overall a good wine. Which it had greater complexity and a little more tannin.

After 2 hours in the decanter... Alluring nose of black and blue fruits, smoke and tobacco, and something herbaceous though nondescript. Interesting but not too complex. Overripe fruit overwhelms anything else trying to escape. Restrained acid and silky tannins.

Nice Bordeaux for a very reasonable price. Cherry bouquet and some fruit.

Clean, dry, but not much aroma and unpleasantly earthy on the tongue.
