Chablis premier cru vaucoupin 2015 - chateau clos de Vaulichères.
Meh. I've had better petit chablis. None of the markers of a good premier cru : no hidden gem like a pineapple scent discreetly lingering in the nose among the mineral dimension (chalk, crushed rocks, oyster shell...), no width in the palate and only the acid backbone and the minerality. Some grip, some nice texture but those of a village not of a premier cru. Some persistence yes but only with chalk and lemon, nothing more. Underwhelming.
