Light tannins on the nose. Dry on the palate, I mean extra dry; crispy. Matter of fact fried chicken would be amazing with this wine! I’d like to know what’s in the blend. I’m touched by the tribute on the label though 💕 let this wine open up (after decanting) for at least 10 minutes - wow!
