Beautiful golden color. Luscious aromatics of orange and lemon honey. Gorgeous richness and bracing acidity. Long finish. Good value.

Carmel apple

Already beginning to oxidize... goes very well with cheese in this stage

Light orange blossom, bergamot, spice. Pretty, pear, surprisingly light weight.

Légèrement madérisé.. Not really my taste

Tropical nose with a tiny bit of grass

Pairs well with something fatty (pork bellies, shrimp & grits, Chilean sea bass etc)
