Beautiful Canon, with all characteristics of plateau calcaire Saint Emilion.

I love my classic Bordeaux’s, this is a fantastic bottle of Canon 1988 that ticks all the boxes. Great tertiaire nuances and a silky smooth mouthful of wine. Still a few bottles to go which makes me smiling 😋

All secondary and tertiary favors from the '88. A spectacular, peaking Bordeaux. Refined but not oppressive or boring. This wine is significant.
