A ton of acid was nice with fois gras! Decent at this price point

Coffee, red berries, black currant, oak a bit. The palate is wide and powerful, silky texture, tannins that begin to integrate, a nice fruit all along the acid backbone, black fruits on the finish with a silky/milky touch in the end. Like a lighter montus. I like it. We paired it with mussaka : good pairing.
