Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc-Sémillon-Muscadelle

Just like the label suggests, this is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion with Muscadelle thrown in to give an already citrusy wine an additional edge of sweetness. I wouldn’t call this a fully “dry” white wine, however, it was surprisingly good with blackened redfish while dining outside on a warm late afternoon.
