A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, 30% of wine was aged in oak. Deep red with sweet berry fruit and spice aromas. On the palate cherry and blackberry flavors with a jammy edge layering in some licorice spice. Fine round tannins on medium finish, good balance, ending with slight crisp mineral tang. Nice value.

Hint of oxidation up front, brightened up by ripe plums, cherries, dried berries, strawberry jam and lavender. Loads of garrigue going on here with an intense, savory mid palate that is filled out with forceful crushed rock minerality. Rustic, earthy charm and singing fruit. Incredible value.
