From Chambers 2017 on 9/25/20. Decanted at 55’ but needs to be cooler. Cedar and alcohol even in a real, open Bordeaux style glass. Opens fast and softens. Chocolate for sure. Blackberry. Not usually a fan of pure cab franc, but this unfolds beautifully. Keep moving the rating up, every five minutes.
