Lovely pale yellow color with moderate bubbles. I usually prefer tons and tons of bubbles but this is adequate. All about the citrus aromas, such as apricots, kiwis, and green apples that come after some time. Medium bodied with a slightly silkier mouthfeel. Notes of toasted almonds, pears, apple pie, and plenty of yeast. The minerality on the finish enhances it and the bubbles provide a nice final impression.
