
Plum, sweet toast, earth/dried herbs, coffee grounds, vanilla, black cherry licorice and olive tapenade on the nose. Oak spice, vanilla, espresso, med + tannin, cedar, black cherry and toast on the palate. Young, yes I know, but figured what the hay, let's have it with a rib-eye :)
