Meh. Awkward, bitter, harsh with modest cherry notes and distinctly reduced elements.

Hutton Farm Grenache Matro. Very soft and well integrated, mataro is there for structure but not earthiness.

Not harsh, nor bitter... A little tart on the cherry notes, but not to diminish the wine. Red plums and slightly under ripe cherries. Tannins are easy and silky. Very drinkable.

50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. I love anything with Cabernet Franc.
