Les Barres Extra Brut Champagne

Always blows my mind!!!

It is almost unfair to compare this to all other wines. Delicious.

Degorgement 05/2013, 100% Munier, slight copper hue, quite intense/rich for Extra Brut, great complexity, slight phenols on the finish which makes sense considering the varietal. Great food champagne.

Best champagne I have had in a while. 100% ungrafted Meunier vines.

Disgorge 2013. Complex aromas of hazelnut and brioche. Slight oxidative hint which made it full bodied and in a good drinking spot. Thanks Jill!

So much toast and brioche I almost fell down my chair!

If I could only have one Pinot Meunier...

Great plummy flavors with marzipan and roasted pecans o top of red apples and roasted quince. #sogood

Don't think anyone does Pinot Meunier justice like @Alexandre Chartogne.
