For the price and youth, this was quite good. A bit of licorice and earthiness on the nose, ripe plum, a bit of savory and spicy flavors and a medium length finish. Rich and complex but still quite young; 10 year would be beneficial. Enjoyable nonetheless.

Leaves a bitter after taste. Had with Sirloin steak, fried mushrooms, Onions and a baked potato. Got through 3/4 and binned the rest 😥
