One of the more interesting rose I’ve tasted, with extended maceration, and hence the world “Saignee”.
Fine and mellow mousse. Raspberry, strawberry, a bit of blood orange, and hint of dried fruits. The palate was supple, but maintained good intensity.
Served lightly chilled.
