Rich juice squeezed from the Royal Slope in Columbia Basin. A sweet edge upfront turned into an earthy, mineral plethora of flavors with very soft tannins fully integrated. Pleasant finish. I had to score it high because it vanished pretty much by it selves. Nice start to the Easter weekend that concluded a week with a kick in the rear from my second Covid shot that took a few days to shake off.

Rich, full bodied and voluptuous. Phenomenal nose. In your face, penetrating tannins integrated with dark jammy fruit. Ripe blackberry rules.

What a nose!! What an explosion on your first sip. From center of your mouth to your cheeks. Beautifully balanced dark fruit, hints of plum, dark cherry and sun dried hay. Spicy on the finish. Why did share this with Tammy??

Had to be patient. So tight in the beginning but it opened up into a beautiful flower. Rich, dry fruit and a peppery edge....after 2.5 hours!!! New Country Columbia Basin, Wa won!!!! hands down over old country Chateauneuf du Pape.

While we're waiting for the GTO,
One of the top Syrahs I've had, glad
@Rob Brobst III shared this one, I'll have to explore more Washington Syrah,
