Oppulent, to say the least. Extreme purple floral essential oils. Black and blue fruit profiles with tons of creme de cassis and blackberry tart, blueberries, boysenberry jam, salted carmel, liqueur-like. Lots of vanilla, though this supposedly is French oak heavy. A wine that doesn't hold back, it's an action movie in a bottle, much like the label suggests. Wish it was more available and the market could understand it.
