Liked this even better than the first time I had it! I still really enjoyed the rounder body and richer style. Pairs amazingly well with buttery grilled corn on the cob. Just try it!

This is made of half Pinot Meunier and half Punot Noir. It has a lovely aroma of buttery brioche, ripe yellow apples, and golden pear. The lees contact comes through as a rich and nutty. The crisp acidity keeps the champagne from feeling too heavy on the palate.
