Fifteen-year-old Barossa Shiraz. Amazing how fresh and ripe it still is, on top of some mature dried fruit aromas. Wonderful. Drunk and enjoyed with lamb pie.

Nooooo! I can cope with the car being stolen, house burnt down, loosing my job, but NOT finding this beautiful bottle of wine oxidised. Fruit gone and heading toward port.
