Washington State Riesling

I didn't like it at all the first day, really sour and flat and just .. yuck. Then, after I had nursed my drink for like 2 hours, it finally opened up. Mellowed out and had a decent creamy aftertaste. So I liked it better on days 2 and 3 but who wants to work that hard for a cheap reisling?

Lightly dry riesling. Easy drinking perfect on the patio on a hot day!

I prefer a Riesling that’s semi-dry like this one. Great value at $10 (Tar-chez)..

A steal at $12. As always, Charles Smith dominates the bargain range with quality wines. Off dry, citrus on the nose, wax and stone fruit (peach?) on the palate. Very refreshing, good acidity and minerality. I do prefer slightly drier Riesling...think Germany...but very drinkable and great value

Light, not too sweet. Paired well with chicken!
