Light creamy/buttery flavor, not oaky...don't taste much fruit. Strong alcohol finish

Very creamy at first, so much it mutes other flavors. As it opens up the creaminess subdues a tiny bit but it becomes much sweeter, almost like peaches in syrup

Thin mouthfeel with notes of butter and peach. Definitely improved after left for a few minutes to breathe. At 13.9%, fairly high alcohol for a Chardonnay and you can tell.
