Tender, delicate, charming Hungarian (sic!) sparkling made of 100% Pinot Noir. Brut.

Lovely raspberry pink color.
Bit chaotic yet stable perlage.
Raspberry painted nose, not that intense but sustainable. Aromas of tangerine, rose, osmanthus and wheat crust.
Delicate palate of light++ body. Moderate acidity. Fruit-forward, mostly with raspberry, barberry and cherry.
Quite nicely lengthed finish duplicating palate and adding tangerine nuance.
Paired well salmon macaroni with tomato gel and wasabi.
