Yamanashi Muscat Bailey A

Grown anywhere else, I would give this dry muscat a 8.5. But there is a subtle, forest stream like charm that comes through the tongue that I can't help to compare to many of the sakes that compare themselves to the mountain snow and springs from the same continent. I know I know, it must be a placebian effect right? I don't know- judge for yourself.
