Champteloup (negociant)
Rosé d'Anjou
Anjou, Anjou-Saumur, Loire Valley, FranceResidual sugar is a little too high for me, counteracts the freshness aspect every rose should have. Pretty strawberry/pomegranate fruit and medium bodied.

This will be my new summer wine! Hint of strawberries, very light with a nice finish.

2015v. Great QPR. Lovely pink color, strawberry, pomegranate, and raspberry on the nose. On the palette, these fresh fruit flavors provide a slight tart pucker. Like many Loire wines, this wine had a great body. This one feels like a water slide in my mouth. Smooth, sloshing, and with a little bit of tannins to dry the mouth. 50/50 Gamay and grolleau (new varietal to me). 11% ABV. Under $10 at TW.
