After a string of Blanc de Blanc that ranged from simply masterful to plain strong, this was boisterous and forward, completely enjoyable.

This is certainly saline, detailed, energetic, and chiseled for a Blanc de Noirs. Good with heirloom tomato salad, excellent with fried calamari with Neuske's bacon and remoulade sauce appetizer at DiMaio's Cucina. Definite re-buy.
