I have a basic rule and more so with good #Pinot and that is...if my wife and I take more than one day to finish the bottle than it ain’t great and if we take more than 2 days, well...it ain’t great either. This is a let down and lately most#southafricanwine is a let down. This gives off ethyl acetate and volatile acidity aromas and that acidity bites as you sip.
