A deliciously fruity French style Chardonnay, no heavy buttery-ness. Loved it!

Warmer climate unoaked chard in the Côte d’Or style.

Wine Spectator would not appreciate this balanced wine. Flavor profile changes considerably as temp changes. I enjoy the 2012 Gavilán much better than the 2012 Chalone Estate right now in its journey. This doesn't have the Chalone petrol. Very clean.
