%50 stainless, %50 oak. Oak adds a creaminess to the wine. Not super familiar with traditional Pinot Blanc but this certainly tastes like California to me. Good. Nothing special.

Jul 29th, 2015For sure, the best pinot blanc in California. And the only one I've found that shows terroir and the classic Alsatian minerality. I'm worried that this wine witll catch fire and triple in price.
