Chalmers
Heathcote Greco

Really fresh, balanced wine. Kind of like a light-bodied, low-alcohol Viognier with acidity. Low-key but attractive nose of orchard fruits, then intense fruit on palate - most obviously apricot, but baked pear and tangerine chiming in, plus an almond note. A hint of chalkiness, and natural acidity draws it to impressive length. A lovely wine to serve with lunch on a warm day.
