Nice berry with slight vanilla nose. Tannins right away, cab complexity. Would be good with a steak. Needs time to open up.

May 27th, 2014Jam jelly "Concord grape" nose. Good on the tongue, enough tannins to spark the taste buds. Not sweet except slightly on the edges. Like it.
