Cienfuegos Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León Albariño Blend

Gonna' be great with paella! Skin fermented Albariño, Godello blend. Rich, kinda fat, salty and delicious. Post dinner - yes, it was perfect with our squid ink paella!

En nariz potente maíz , notas maduras manzana... En boca buena entrada , goloso con peso y un buen final.

Good wine.
But too much oak and maybe not enough local flavour and aromas. It seems to taste American chardonnay blends.

Buen paso por boca.final largo y agradable

A Verdejo with a little Godello that makes it a little more serioso

Very dry. Deep and long.
