Pure ruby with cherry red accents in the glass. All black fruit on the nose such as blackberry, black cherry, black pepper, a nice amount of smoke, and gravely rocks. I absolutely love these inexpensive Italian reds. Not quite simple but certainly uncomplicated and easy to sip on. Smooth tannins and reminiscent of a rustic old mother, there’s not much here to elevate this to the level of great Italian reds but it’s certainly good enough to drink throughout the year. The palate confirms the nose with dark fruit up front without being a fruit bomb. There’s a streak of leather that runs throughout giving it some refinement. I could drink one of these every week.

Didn't like it at first but after letting it breath for 30 mins I like it much better

Would buy again. Great wine. Very full. Best if left to breathe for 30 mins.

It's amore

Kind of smoky on the nose with dark fruit. On the palate, spicy notes with dark, tart berries and earthiness. Great with food. Smooth.

Very tasty!! Would get again.

This wine from Tuscany was a great choice last night. Full of rich deep flavor with a bit of smokiness.
