Very soft on the palate with lingering pepper and spice flavours, would be fantastic with lamb cutlets and sweet breads but is also enjoyable by itself.

2013. Anise seed and cracked pepper embellish notes of red berries and black bramble fruits. Lean and succulent and not too ripe, this Grenache-dominant blend feels somehow both decorous and spirited. Pair with cheeses, charcuterie, red sauces, or lamb. 70% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre, 13.0% abv | $13 (sample)

2012 #vintage. Bright, light & alright. Good acidity but v.short finish, but for 13 Georgie's, perfectly acceptable. 😜
