Really nice with beef tenderloin. Elva Jean loves it, and brings it every year. This is even better than usual.

Pleasant aroma of currants, citrus, and minerals. Loads of the tart earthy flavor that distinguishes Spanish wine, but surprisingly one dimensional. Strong start with confusingly flavorless finish on the palate. Good for Sangria, and maybe not much else.
