Too much fruit. Too little complexity and sophistication. Don't know what all the fuss is about.

Really pretty and delicious, but I wanted a little more structure.

What a delight to taste this medium bodied red. Complex and yet well evolved with juicy fruit and soft oak tones. Perfect with a wide range of multi ethnic foods.

Blueberry, fig, black pepper, a hint of smoke reminds me of grilled meat. Great balance and enough acidity to cleanse the palate nicely whatever you are washing down. Enough complexity to sip on its own and the balance wonderful balance of a Spanish wine that is meant to pair with food. Probably would continue to age well for a few more years.

Wanted something different tonight so went with this guy. Nose tells you it's young, but great spice and pepper. Surprisingly delicate, but not a ton of flavor. Finish is extremely weak and short, but some hints of coffee. Not unbearable, but better values and needs some time. A little high in OH but I guess that's to be expected.

Very nice balance between fruit, acidity, minerality, and alc. True to type. Excellent wine value.
