Black Slate Gratallops Vi de la Vila Priorat Garnacha Blend

Delicious esp for 25$. Zachys

High alcohol, high acidity mild to high tannins. I really liked it, but this was my first Priorat red. Licorice on the palette and pepper on the nose at first glance. I would buy this to hold it for a few years.

Fun wine with lots of bright cherry. Had it on its own but look forward to pairing with cheese, maybe lamb or pork.
