Red Blend

I did not expect much of this wine; purchased for the purpose of supporting a good cause after the Santa Rosa fires. I didn’t even decant it for the recommended hour (saw that too late), but the wine was full bodied and the nose was leathery. Was an amazing wine and can’t wait to see how these age. Definitely will try again when we smoke Tri Tip for dinner one night.

Bought because $1 per bottle went to support firefighters in Santa Rosa. Pleasantly surprised that this was a complex red and sad that I only bought a few bottles!
