Line 39 California Sauvignon Blanc

Clean and Crisp, taste of lemon, and very dry.

I rated it as ok, but 2 of my Thanksgiving party guests finished off the bottle and loved it.

Parlier Ca. 13.5% alc/vol

Slightly dry, good for sipping

Not too fruity or sweet. Dry enough white for me to enjoy

Lovely floral and apricot notes on the palate. Pleasing finish. Great with pan seared salmon.

I wish we’d held on to this for Thanksgiving. It would play well during a savory-leaning meal along those lines.
