Line 39 California Pinot Noir

Trending toward cherry juice with some nice acid in the finish that partially redeems this otherwise single dimensional wine. Suitable as a party wine and, hey, I got it for free, so no complaints.

Well priced. Fruit heavy. Lacked some acidity.

Paired great with a tomato based pasta with sausage - not too heavy, mellow, but also complex flavor.

Smooth Pinot. Strong cherry smell with earthy tones. Initial oaky and cherry flavors with mild tannin throughout and on the finish. Initially spicy in the mid palate but smooths out once aerates for a bit. Very drinkable daily Pinot.

Mehhhh too much tannin for my tastes.

Fruity but brash. Can taste alc and it’s not full bodies. Nutty and chalky.

A mouthful of chewy berries, with a lasting rubbery finish. Enjoyable

For $10 this over-delivers with a plush soft super ripe baked fruit bomb. A little too flabby for my taste but it goes down smooth. 1 dimensional and not much in the way of tannins or acidity but still a value vis-a-vis price.
