Brichet Barbera d'Alba

Medium purple, with notes of black current and sour cherry. Mid to high acidity and tannin. Mid to high body, low complexity.

グラスに注ぐと、バルベーラらしい紫色。
インク、スミレ、少々バルサミックな香り。ボリューム感のある甘美な果実味。上品で奥行きのある酸と旨味が口全体に広がる。
これくらいの値段になると通常バリック熟成になってくるが、これは3000ℓの大樽らしく、樽のニュアンスではなく、葡萄の持ち味で豊かさを出しているのは素晴らしい。
