Enjoyed with wild mushroom pasta using mushroom pasta from Southern Season in Chapel Hill, NC, as well as dried mushrooms from DeKalb Farmers Market (oyster, black trumpets, porcini) & a variety of fresh mushrooms including porcini, oyster, & cremini. Amazing dish that paired well with this woodsy wine!

Going down with chicken and sweet potatoes.

Decent value from southern Rhone. Pleasantly dry, nice fruit, slightly rough finish. Pairs well with bread & cheese, not so much with sweet dessert.
